Sincerity while forgiving

If you seek forgiveness, the first thing you must do not is to demonstrate utmost sincerity and honesty by revealing your motives ,ways ans actions and plans . Any hidden factors within you make forgiveness impossible. You must know that if a person forgives you without knowing that you are hiring certain motives and actions,the hidden factors will poison your being and make forgiveness futile. When you deceive a person who is ready to forgive you or already forgave you,you are entering the path of treason.
On the other hand,when the forgiving one tries to trap you and then,after knowing all that you did,takes revenge on you,he violates your trust. The violation of trust is one of the greatest treasons ,and is abhorred by Great Ones. Karma descends heavily on people who violate trust.
One cannot confess and reveal himself if he does not exactly what wrong he did. He must clearly realize his errors and be determined not to repeat them.
The moment of confession and forgiveness creates an atmosphere into which are drawn various angels and dark forces . They wait anxiously  to see what is going on. If the confessor is revealing the totality of himself with the right motive,with trust ,and with regret about his own errors,the angels will rejoice ,and they will inspire courage and reveal to him things related to Infinity and not related to short term interests.But if the confessor,with various motives ,want to use the situation for personality advantage,hiding the facts and his intentions,the dark forces will rejoice and inspire him to continue the treacherous path.
The moment of confession and forgiveness is a sacred moment,and one will be spiritually born again in such moments.

Karma as Opportunity

Events are the effects of Certain causes . When one is involved in such an event,it is his ATTITUDE towards the event that is the effect of his past karma,not the event in which he is involved.The same event occurring in the life of three persons is reacted to in three different ways:
1.One takes it as his karma and learns a lesson
2.The second looks at the same event as the event of some causes which he wants to investigate
3.The third ignores the event entirely.

HERE ARE THREE ATTITUDES.
It is the attitude that transforms the motive of the event.
Our response,or reaction , out attitude ,is built by the forces which we put in motion in the past.
Events have collective causes,but our attitude towards any event is built up within us by our own hands.
These three people are like three surfers. The waves rise. One surfs and reaches the shore.Another person falls in the ocean but saves his life. The third  perishes.
The skill,the muscles ,the art of surfing correspond to their individual karma,but the rising waves are caused by collective karma.
Sometimes when we are in a tense state of relationship with someone we justify continuing such a condition thinking that "it is our karma".
But if your private,individual karma is favourable in every crisis,you will find an opportunity to heal,to transform,to lead instead of falling into the current of painful crises.
Pain and suffering come to people as the result of collective karma,but some people perish in pain and suffering. Some people use the situation as a great challenge their inner potentials. Some others entirely transform themselves ,using the situation as a very rare opportunity.

Inner Meanings of the Great Invocation

The Great Invocation is not only a sketch of the Plan but also a means of redemption.

The first three verses of the Invocation of refer to
a.Transmutation
b. Transformation
c. Transfiguration

The fourth verse refers to
d.Joy

and the fifth verse refers to
e.Blessing

In Transmutation,the fire of the Mind is  evoked."Let Light descend on Earth"(physical etheric Earth)
In Transformation,the Love of the Great Soul is invoked , "May Christ return to Earth"
The Earth here refers to the astral and physical planes ,where the activity of Christ will be concentrated.We know that "Aquarian" energy will bring a potent transformation in the "watery" realm of the astral plane. We also know that ,He is the "Forerunner of the Aquarian Age"
and "the dispenser of the Water of Life".
In Transfiguration,the fire of the Triad is released. This corresponds to the third verse of the "Great Invocation".
"Let purpose guide the little wills of Men".The "wills" of the physical,emotional and mental bodies are suspended by the will of the Triad.We know that the purpose of the microcosm ia contacted after the Third Initiation or after Transfiguration.
The fourth verse of the Great Invocation refers to JOY.Joy is an agent of redemption and makes "the Plan of Love and Light work out".As the Plan works out, the joy increases,because the Plan and Joy are from the same substance, the same energy.
The last verse of the Great Invocation refers to the energy and the technique of blessing. The restoration of the Plan is the culmnation of the energy of blessing. "Let light and love and power restore the Plan on Earth".Blessing is the radiation of Light,of Love,of Power towards the Earth-the physical Earth,the emotional Earth and the mental Earth.

Do not poke your nose into someone's affairs

Develop the ability to resist your nosiness in the personal affairs of others or from their private lives. People may come and talk to you about their private life for advice. As soon as you understand their problem,you do not need to know the details. Speak to them about principles and how to abide in principles. If hatred is involved, you do not need to hear all the forms and expressions of hatred . Speak about then necessity of love,respect, Compassion and understanding.
People may come to you to justify their attitudes or position. Do not justify them or condemn them; speak about principles and let them try to appropriate their lives to these principles.
If they are ugly,emphasize beauty. If they are full of ill-will , emphasize good will. If they are full of lies, emphasize the necessity for truth without taking any side because you cannot be one- sided.
You must never put your nose in the personal lives of others and in their private affairs. If you suspect that someone is really dangerous,you cab report to the authorities. Beyond this, you must respect the freedom of others.
Nosiness leads you to totalitarianism, involves you in the problem of others , and awakens in you the spirit of using others for your selfish interests.
A spiritual leader must impress the minds of people around him with the idea that he is interested in their soul and Not personality life. This does not mean that people must have a double nature- a soul nature and a personality nature apart from each other.  It means that the spiritual leader is not interested in the sexual problems,financial problems, housing and eating problems or social problems of his people,but he is interested in how to raise the consciousness of his people to higher levels of values and principles and make them able to live according to the contacted values and principles.

One yogi won the reputation of being a practical joker, because he would unnoticeably rearrange various objects in homes, and when asked why, he answered, “I am observing whether you have become blind.” Verily there are few who notice changes in their surroundings. But the first sign of an “eagle-eye” is to notice the minutest changes, since on them depends the vibration of the whole.

Devotion to the Teacher

Urusvati knows how precious is devotion to the Teacher. But how much disagreement there is around this simple truth! Some speak about devotion, though by their very nature they do not understand it. Others insist that such devotion limits the free will, and a third group denies even the need for a Teacher.
Many examples can be cited about people who harm themselves by disturbing the harmony with the Highest Ones. Only a few can understand what a blessing the link with the Higher Ones is; only in this way is the communion with the Supermundane World facilitated. It is impossible to imagine how the earthly opportunity is destroyed.. When there is no affirmation of the higher path, one’s earthly possibilities are lost.
Do not think that the Teacher can realize His intentions if man resists Him. It is not easy to mend the rent web. Sometimes this mending takes more time than the creation of a new web.
Often people complain about the Teacher, not understanding the reasons for His actions. People suppose that their own earthly decisions better serve the purpose, but they do not understand many things relating to earthly life. Only a few understand the value of Teachership. Perhaps their devotion will help them to become worthy of the Teacher.

Mercy-Agni Yoga Teachings

Urusvati knows that the Subtle World can offer great help and mercy. Even where revenge and hatred seethe, the Master applies the maximum degree of help and persuasion. Unfortunately, the free will often resists and chooses to undergo terrible trials once again.
It is no contradiction when We say that every incarnating soul receives a ray of enlightenment, for no one is deprived of mercy. However, one must know how to make use of this blessing. You know that in earthly life the most useful advice is often rejected, and similarly in the Subtle World We often observe that illumination may be distorted.
Evil influences operate strongly in the Subtle World just as on Earth. Disembodied spirits bring with them from Earth the passions they have not yet outlived. However, such passions are not as dangerous as prejudice, because passion can lead to motion, whereas prejudice is stagnant and inevitably causes corruption. Do not conclude from this that We approve of passions. We only point out that in motion there can be a seed of success, whereas ignorance is quite hopeless. When We say “prejudice” we mean an opposition to true knowledge; this attitude is common not only on Earth, but also in the Subtle World. There are even those of a certain mentality who are convinced that knowledge is the cause of all human miseries.
I would like Our co-workers to imagine the various strata of the Subtle World, but there should be no false ideas about this. Many imagine the Subtle World to be a richly adorned paradise filled only with bliss. Yet, Earth groans under the pressures of murder, aggression, and falsehood, and the consequences of earthly delusion fill the Subtle World too.
We are not surprised when people do not accept benevolent advice; it simply means that the soil is not yet ready.
Please tell your friends that they should not assert in their earthly lives what they wish to be in the next incarnation. The fact is that the Subtle World provides possibilities so great that earthly limitations and measures can only diminish them. Life on Earth should be the expression of one’s best accumulations. Often people begin to ponder upon their next incarnation, but it is wiser for them to postpone such thoughts until they find themselves in the Subtle World. They may then discover that it will not be necessary for them to return to Earth again, or that they will have to stay for a long time in the Subtle World to perform an entrusted task there. Such work brings one closer to the Brotherhood.
You remember the physician U., who stayed in the Subtle World for a long period of time in order to render great service to humanity, though his mission became clear to him only while in the Subtle World. Such an exemplary man is in stark contrast to those idlers who want to stay as long as permitted in the Subtle World, in order to delay facing the new tests awaiting them upon their return to Earth.
It should be understood that such defined times in the Subtle World exist for all, but some welcome them while others curse them. There are many who want to return to the earthly state before their time, while others try to avoid returning, at least for a short time, and will even invent some new task as an excuse to prolong their stay in the Subtle World. We could mention many different examples, but at the moment We refer only to those tasks that bring souls closer to the Brotherhood. When there is a relationship such as this, it is possible for one to develop while in the Subtle World, without incarnating.

Wesak Festival and Liberating Devas

Actually, when we are talking about our aura, we are talking about the devas — three devas. That is why they are powerful. You have a physical deva that is your body, an emotional deva that is your emotional body, and a mental deva that is the mental body. As far as the control is in their hands, you are a victim of their manipulation. That is why if you are attached to your sufferings, pains, hang-ups, and different things, you are actually not the slave of your emotions. You are a slave of the devas. Unless you free yourself of these little lives, these involutionary lives even, polarizing them to the evolution, you cannot get rid of them. Our main responsibility for being here is to liberate and to advance the lives of the devas around us — physical devas, millions of lives, emotional devas, mental devas. Only by controlling them in the highest degree can you guarantee your health — physical, emotional, and mental — and that you can only do with Willpower.
When a deva is controlling you, it is in control of many blind forces and urges. But if you are controlling, you are filtering. You reject it. You control it. You make it perfect. That is why the bodies of the great Masters are totally pure. Their devas are Their slaves, and they obey whatever They want them to do. That is also done by the energy of the Will, which is released during Wesak with great ceremonies in the Wesak Valley.

Wesak Festival and the Control of Speech

Between now and the Wesak Festival let each of you gain that control of speech which has often been your goal but seldom your achievement, and remember that the most powerful factor in the control of speech is a loving heart. Wild and fearful talk, hateful gossip, cruel innuendo, suspicion, the ascribing of wrong and wicked motives to persons and peoples, and the divergences of attitude which have separated the many different nations in the world are rampant today and have brought the world to its present distressing situation. It is so easy to drift into the same habits of speech and thought which we find around us and to discover ourselves participating in attack and the spirit of hate. Guard yourselves strenuously against this and say nothing which could inflame hate and suspicion in connection with any race, any person, any group or any leaders of groups and nations. You will have to guard yourselves with care, so that even in defense of that which you may personally or nationally approve you do not find yourselves full of hate and breaking the law of love—the only law which can truly save the world. Perhaps the key to your success along this line will be the silence of a loving heart.

Wesak Festival- Festival of Lord Buddha

The Festival of Wesak is called the Festival of Buddha, the great enlightened Being Who, we are told, is a bridge between Hierarchy and the head center of the planet. In all His work, Buddha tries to build a bridge or a greater communication line between the head center and heart center of the planet. This great Being works especially at the time of Wesak to reinforce and enlarge this bridge, so that greater communication is possible between will and love and between love and service— which means between the heart, throat, and head centers.

Preparation for the Wesak Full Moon

Let each Wesak Full Moon be a period of intensive effort preceded by personal preparation and purification and lay the force of the emphasis upon:

a. The producing of sensitivity to the inner spiritual impression, emanating from the Hierarchy and the Group.

b. The achieving of an intelligent appreciation of the steps to he taken during the coming twelve months, and the laying of careful plans so that they may indeed materialise.

c. The correct distribution of your time and resources so that you do become an active worker in the cause of good will.

d. The effort to cooperate with all that is being done along these lines, which entails the discovery of all groups and persons working with similar objectives.

e. The submergence of your temporary interests in the good of the whole and through love of humanity.

Preparation for Wesak- Attitude of being watched by a Great One

The seventh step for Preparation (for Wesak) is to have the idea that you are being watched. Know that the Guardian within you is watching you. Your Master is watching you. Hierarchy is watching you. Shamballa is watching you. The One Eye is Watching you. If you develop this idea, in twenty four hours, you can become a transformed personality. 
Do not close your eyes and say that nobody is watching or seeing you. During the seven days before the (Wesak)full moon, think that some invisible Great Ones are watching you. When you develop this sense of being watched, you also develop the sense that you are watching yourself. You become the watcher of yourself. This is the greatest achievement-greater than any certificate that you receive from any school.

Benefits of Mutual Feelings

Every feeling gives birth to an energy. When a feeling is shared, it multiplies that energy many times over. A collective feeling can create a powerful energy, but for that to happen the individual feeling must be intensified, and the collective feeling that everyone shares must be brought into harmony. In this lies the whole reason why contemporary feelings have such a weak influence; hardly a single state of intensified feeling is maintained nowadays. Yet what a great reality would be reflected in an upsurge of a multitude of harmonized feelings! The ancients called feeling the forge of power. Indeed, how majestic is the feeling of mutual love! And mutual gratitude is no less powerful. Invincible is the feeling of self-sacrificing heroism. With it beautiful towers and strongholds can be constructed. But from where will this harmonization come? Not from reasoning or the convolutions of the brain, but from the heart, from Light. To the dark ones we will leave only the feeling of rancor. In the midst of the smoking red sparks there will be no harmony.
