The secret in walking

WALK LIKE A DISCIPLE. In your walk, all physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realizations are reflected.

Through one's  physical walk one can change moods,despairs,depressions and overcome defeat. Immedeatly after you have such experiences, stand up and walk like a conqueror for half an hour, keeping your thoughts on ideas of victory. You will see a great change in your soul, and defeat will change to victory.

Any mood creates a certain geometrical design. This design changes by changing the geometrical design of your walk and movements. When you notice that some depression is descending on you, jump up and put your chest out and walk like a king for 10-15 minutes, and you will overcome it. Walk and try to express each of the following virtues in different walks
-fearlessness
-gratitude
-solemnity
-co-measurement
-responsibility
-joy
-nobility
-freedom

After a month you will notice a great change in your reactions and responses, a great change in your thoughts and motives, with increasing joy and a sense of freedom
