Benefits of Group Full Moon Mediation

It is very important that we follow the full moon discipline and every month, individually or in group formation, do our meditation and attend group services if possible. The group service is more beneficial for the general public than individual observation of the full moon. The reason is that in individual meditation it is possible that one can draw more energy than he is capable of using or operating with, and this causes over- stimulation within his vehicles. But in a group formation the evoked energy is distributed evenly, and everyone is benefited according to his or her evolution. If we miss observing one or two full moons, we lose the benefit of those full moons and do not develop harmoniously, just as a melody missing two or three measures becomes incomplete. But if we follow each full moon year after year we benefit harmoniously from all twelve or thirteen elements that reach us through our discipline and meditation. Each full moon provides a different chemical element, and those chemical elements must be received and assimilated if we expect a harmonious development in our nation and right relationship with the greater Life.

Overcoming our Karma

People have the opinion that karma cannot be changed. This is not true. Karma can be changed, although you need to spend more energy than the amount of energy you used to create the karma. For example, a true change in your motives, a true renunciation, a true penance, a real decision to change our conduct, a real and deep dedication to a deep humanitarian cause, a heroic and sacrificial act can transform your life, minimize your past karma, or even totally annihilate it.
You can overcome your karma by raising the level of consciousness and working hard to repair the damage you did to others . You can increase your beauty, goodness, light , joy and freedom and overcome a certain amount of your karma. Striving towards the summits of beauty and freedom breaks heavy layers of your karma.
Spreading the knowledge of karma wherever you go can takes away a certain amount of your karmic taxations. Meditation and prayer help you reduce to a great degree your disciplinary karma. Your karma can be lightened if you never encourage people to increase their karmic debs, Your karma can be reduced to a great extent if you do not join or associate with people who are full of hatred, separatism, selfishness and greed.
It is possible to expand our consciousness to such a degree that we become aware of our karma and cooperate with it in full measure. It is also possible that once we reach the stage of knowing our karma,and if absolutely necessary, we can change our karma through our fiery thoughts.
Karma can be changed through spiritual striving through fiery thoughts, and through transmuting our consciusness. Such a change is introduced or induced not because of fear, not because of personal interests, BUT BECAUSE OF A DIRE NEED FOR SACRIFICIAL SERVICE. This does not mean to break the law but to meet the law in a different way.

Why should we not share Inner Teachings With Everyone?

That is the quality of a lot of people. They have nice, they have good hearts, but you cannot teach them much. People who are not sufficiently intelligent enough cannot be taught the inner teachings.You can teach them japa and bhajans, you can teach them Bhakti Yoga. Through bhakti yoga they can evolve, but they inner teachings cannot be given to them because they get confused.

There is also a saying , "Do not throw pearls to swine". It means do not throw the pearls of wisdom, the priceless teachings to pigs. What do pigs symbolize? Pigs can bite, they can be violent, especially during the mating season.Swines or pigs symbolize people with unregulated emotions or unregulated desires; they represent people who are enslaved by their lower nature. The lower nature consists of their instincts, lower emotions and thoughts.

You cannot teach such people the higher Teachings. That is why they need purification and charactr building. This is why the Rishis or Avatars did not reveal the higher teachings to the public, because they could not understand them. The Teachings could not be given to them, so they were told stories instead.

Harmful effects of Lying inthe Astral World

When people spread malice, untruth, and falsify facts in their writings, they will have a very hard time in the subtle planes where they continuously see the facts... beside their falsifications. In the astral plane they will pass through a very difficult time seeing how and why they falsified the issues. I had a Turkish Teacher who was a philosopher and a good man. He was ordered to change documents about the Armenian genocide of 1915, and the authorities were pleased with the changes he made. Later he was taken in his dream to the recording hall in the astral plane, where he saw “the film” of facts. When awakening he was terrified about his lies and was forced by his consciousness to write the truth and submit it to the authorities. The authorities rejected it and threw him into prison for his “lies.” His friends published the facts in a magazine. This is why, in all ages, false witnesses are heavily condemned; false witnesses prepare for themselves a terrible life in the astral plane. It is better to face and confess a reality than distort with lies. Confession erases and corrects false recordings, and makes the facts an educational source for your future evolution.

Benefits of Chanting OM MANI PADME HUM

Chanting Om Mani Padme Hum has purifying and healing effects, not only on the person chanting it, but also on people and sentient beings within a certain radius.
All higher, ordinary and lower sentient beings within a certain range will be, to a certain degree, purified, healed and soothed of their discomfort, pain and suffering
The person reciting it and other people and sentient beings around him will experience calmness and inner peace. Om Mani Padme Hum is indeed a mantra of mercy and compassion.

Knowledge of the Heart-Surya Vidya

Surya-Vidya, the Solar Knowledge—this was a name sometimes given to the Teaching of the Heart, a name that expressed the fieriness, the sun-like quality, and the centrality of the heart. In fact, anyone who wishes to get to know the heart cannot just approach it as a part of the organism. First of all the seeker should recognize the central nature of the heart and study outward from it, not inward toward it. The solar plexus will be the antechamber for the Temple of the Heart. The Kundalini will be a laboratory for the heart. The brain and all the nerve centers will be estates for the heart, because nothing can live without the heart! To a certain degree, even the brain can find substitutes. Even the Kundalini can be somewhat nourished by an electrical manifestation, and the solar plexus can be strengthened by blue light. But the heart stands as the Temple of humanity. One cannot conceive of the unification of humanity by means of the brain or the Kundalini, but the radiance of the heart can bring together the most seemingly diverse organisms, and even work over great distances in doing so. This experiment of bringing together hearts over long distances is waiting for workers to carry it out.
The wish to launch lengthy experiments is perfectly correct, because through them one can create another bond between the generations.

What Love Does

When I was young my Father told me a story which impressed me very much. A boy fell in love with a very pretty Italian girl. The boy said to the girl, “You know I love you. Will you marry me?” The girl looked at the boy, and said, “You are really very nice, but I have decided that I want to marry a violinist. If you learn the violin and can play before the public as a great musician, then I will marry you.”
The girl challenged the boy to demonstrate his love with his creativity. She wanted him to be worthy of her love. He studied violin for nine years and became one of the great concert violinists in Rome. Then the woman married him. That man was so grateful because he realized she had sublimated and transformed
him. She had made him into somebody when he had been nothing.
Where are those women who try to make men great through their love? Women are afraid that if they do not do whatever men want them to, the men will go with other women. That is usually what happens, we know; but those women who challenge men to
raise their level so that they meet at a higher point of love will be more successful in their love.
Those who love each other must say to each other, “First finish college. Prove that you are somebody to love me.” They must present a vision and make their lovers aspire toward it. Women and men must transform each other through their love so that
they feel proud to be with each other.
