The Golden Rule of Karma

The law of karma, when applied positively, manifests as the YANG GOLDEN RULE:"Do unto others what you would have them do unto you."This rule can be applied to get what you want or desire..If you want to be prosperous, then you must give and practice charity. If you want cordiality and harmony, then be cordial and courteous to others.
The law of karma can be used to avoid undesirable things or events when applied as the YIN GOLDEN RULE:"Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you."If you do not want to be cheated or swindled then treat others honestly and fairly. If you have worked out most of your negative karma and have not done anybody any karma, then you have nothing to fear.Nothing can harm you.The law of karma is unbreakable,"My righteousness is my shield."Literally nothing can harm such a man.A thousand people may fall beside him but not a single strand of his hair will be touched!

Fear and its transmission

It is very interesting to know that certain fears accumulate around certain centers with which they are related. For example,we have accumulations of fear around our sex organs, stomach, solar plexus, heart, throat and head.
Any time a fear is reactivated near any centre,it affects the organs in that area. And if the fear is astral and mental, then the destructive effects are increased.
Fear creates inhibitions, congestions and inflammations of the organs.
Fear can be transmitted by kissing, handshakes and intercourse. It is possible to be contaminated by fear when living in a house where the former occupants were full of fear. The emanation of fear stick to walls and objects.

Kindness

Urusvati, together with Us, knows how to be kind. In this one word is contained an entire world outlook. No other concept can be named which is so distorted. From idle hypocrisy to manifest cruelty, all finds its place under the mask of good. One should really know how to be kind in order to benefit others rather than oneself. We continually send thoughts about kindness, action, and labor. There cannot be kindness without action. There cannot be any good where there is no labor. There will be no kindness where there is no opposition to evil. There will be no kindness if we do not accept the responsibility to discern evil, to recognize corruption, and do not lose the possibility of bringing Light. Beautiful are the words, “Light disperses darkness.” However, Light must be brought, and this action in itself is full of self-abnegation. Light will also illuminate and dispel frightful monsters, even when they show themselves in their worst aspect. Every light-bearer has to live through those moments. He should not slacken his pace and should look fearlessly upon the monsters. There will be no complete renunciation of fear if the light-bearer averts his eyes in the hope that Light alone will dispel the monsters. It is not only Light but also the Primal Energy that strikes the blow which destroys darkness.

Virtues

The development of the human being proceeds in a spiral like formation. For example,we play virtues, imitate virtues, and talk about virtues as if we have the virtues and we are virtuous. This is a lower spiral, or the reflection of a higher spiral.Later our consciousness climbs up from reflection to reality, and enters a higher spiral where we meet the real substance of virtues and live and express them in our life.
As we develop and practice virtues, we enter another higher spiral in which we see the planetary correspondences of the virtues, and we break the limitations of our virtues and appropriate them to the planetary dimensions of the virtues.
A time comes in our development that we climb to still another higher spiral and realize that the solar correspondences of the virtues, and we break our former limitations. This continues to higher and higher spirals. We see how through these spirals our whole nature goes through a process of transmutation, transformation, transfiguration and resurrection. For us, virtues no longer mean words, concepts, ideas, or visions but substantiation of higher energies expressed through our life.Such a substantiation means that all our nature is built by the substance and energy of the virtues.
One day it will be possible to understand that virtues are communication lines between us highly advanced Beings who embody the virtues. Thus higher impressions, inspirations, and direct contact with higher spheres are possible only through developing virtues.

Language of the Heart

So much has been said about the language of the heart, yet for the majority of people it remains an inapplicable abstraction. Let us not insist on the highest forms of this means of communication; rather, let us try to master the basics, which ought to be revealed immediately without requiring any special preparation. The first and foremost purpose of every language is mutual comprehension, which means that you should try not only to understand the person with whom you are talking but also to speak in a way that is clear to him. To do this, acquire the ability to speak in your companion’s language. Speak with his words in the way that he speaks; that is the only way he will remember and accept your thought into his consciousness. So we shall learn to accommodate the words of the person with whom we are talking, and imperceptibly we shall go beyond words to the very nature of his thinking. The highest form of communication will be the grasping of thought without sound.

Condition required for Healing

t has generally been surmised that the main prerequisite to the art of healing is faith. But this is not so. Faith has little to do with it. Healing is dependent upon certain vital and basic factors into which faith enters not at all. The effort of the patient to achieve faith is frequently a great detriment to his freedom from the difficulties which lie between him and complete healing. When Christ so frequently emphasised faith (or rather that quality which is translated as faith in our Western Scriptures) He referred in reality to acceptance of law, to a recognition above all of karma, and to a knowledge of divine destiny. This, if grasped, will bring about a new attitude both to God and to circumstance. The prerequisites which I would like to emphasize might be enumerated as follows:

1. A recognition of the great Law of Cause and Effect, if possible. This is not always possible when dealing with the totally unenlightened.

2. Correct diagnosis of the disease by a competent physician, and later by a spiritual clairvoyant, when that capacity is developed by the initiate healer.

3. A belief in the law of immediate Karma. By that I mean an ability on the part of the patient or of the healer to know whether it is the destiny of the patient to be healed or else be helped to make the great transition.

4. A willingness to recognize that healing might be detrimental and basically undesirable from the standpoint of the soul. People are sometimes healed by the potency of the healer when it is not their destiny to resume active physical plane living.

5. The active cooperation of healer and patient—a cooperation based upon mutual understanding.

6. A determined acquiescence on the part of the patient to accept whatever may be the demonstrated will of the soul. It might be called an expression of divine indifference.

7. An effort upon the part of both healer and patient to express complete harmlessness. The value of this will repay careful thought. This has basically a reference to the relation of both parties to their associates.

8. An effort on the part of the patient (unless too ill) to adjust and put right those aspects of the nature and those characteristics which might militate against the right spiritual perception. This is one of the meanings hidden in the phrase, the "work of restitution," though not the most important meaning.

9. The deliberate eliminating of qualities, lines of thought and of desires which could hinder the inflow of spiritual force—a force which might integrate the soul more closely with the body in the three worlds and inaugurate a renewed life-expression, or which might integrate the soul with its emanating source and initiate renewed life on soul levels. This, therefore, affects the relation of the patient to his soul.

10. The capacity of both healer and patient to integrate into the soul group with which they are subjectively affiliated, to integrate in other cases both personality and soul, and, if they are at a needed point of development, both to integrate more closely into the Master's ashramic group.

These ten requirements may appear simple but are not so by any means. Superficially, they may appear to deal with character and quality and capacity; fundamentally, they concern the relation of soul and body, and deal with integration or abstraction.
