Role of Sat Guru

The role of the Sat Guru is very important. The Sat Guru not only provides the teachings; he also provides blessings even for the higher soul. The Sat Guru provides spiritual energy to the higher soul and the incarnated soul. That is why even if you know the technique, without the blessings of the Sat Guru, it is very difficult to spiritually develop. Because the higher soul is still evolving, the higher soul is not mature enough to overcome the problems in spiritual development. So when you are in front of the Sat Guru, you must be super conductive and you must be super receptive. If you are super receptive, you will receive the blessings of the Sat Guru.

Sleep and Development of the brain

If sleep is done consciously, we develop the power to use our three brains. People speak about the right and left brains, but they forget about the middle one which keeps the equilibrium. Man must develop not only the right one, or both, but also the middle one. If the left is developed without the middle one, psychological disturbances will appear in our system. Similarly, if the right is developed without the middle one, one must face other problems in his behavior, judgement , and discrimination. The middle brain keeps the equilibrium.

  People invented mechanical methods to cultivate the right and left brains, using, for example, different complicated motions with their right and left hands or feet. Certain dances as well as exercises on musical instruments are helpful. But these are all outer mechanical help, and they do not evoke the cooperation of the middle brain. 

The middle brain is developed through thoughts and ideas of inclusiveness and synthesis. It is developed by the vision of infinity, by the vision of eternal striving towards Cosmic Perfection. If the middle brain is not cultivated through the electrical charges which these ideas, visions, and thoughts emanate, then the development of the right or left brain leads one to an unbalanced life or unbalanced direction.

Those who strike at the Teaching will be stricken in return. But how can harm and defeat be distinguished from usefulness and offering? You cannot know the dividing lines of all the ways of thinking in the world. Bearer of happiness, where is thy distinguishing garment of happiness? What light kindles the rainbow of radiance? Only in the Chalice are collected the kernels of true knowledge.

Gratitude and Agni Yoga

Gratitude is a great motive force. No one solicits gratitude, but great is the quality of this power. Gratitude acts as a purifier, and whatever has been purified is already more easily moved. Thus, gratitude is a means of hastening the path. 

      Some believe that by a transport of gratitude they lower themselves. What ignorance! Gratitude only exalts, purifies; it attracts new energies. Even a machine works better without dust.

Divine Oneness and Cosmos

One a man asked where the door to Cosmos is. The door to Cosmos is the ability to see in all human eyes the existence of Cosmos. One cannot be allowed to penetrate into the beauty of Cosmos until he begins to recognize the Cosmic Self existing in each human being. THIS IS THE ONLY DOOR. If you live according to the realization, according to the awareness that the Cosmic Self exists in each human being and in you, you can open the door toward Cosmos.

 You are the key  and others are the door. In each door you must see the Cosmos, and each door can be opened by the realization of the Cosmos within you.

  The realization of Cosmos is the realization of the true Self. The realization of Cosmos is the realization of your true self existing in other Selves. This is how the doors of the Cosmos are opened.

 This realization should not be a theory or wishful thinking but a practical manifestation in all your relationships, plans and decisions.
