Aries Full Moon -Opportunity

At the Aries full moon, Nature gives humanity a special opportunity to strive toward perfection. The purpose of life is to perfect ourselves. In all aspects of our lives, we must strive for perfection. We must be physically beautiful, emotionally shining, mentally illuminated, and spiritually like lightning so that we fulfill our purpose in this life and move ahead in our eternal journey.

Insanity in the Mental Body

Insanity in the mental body is the heavy fate that descends upon those who for many incarnations have followed the path of selfish cruelty, using the intelligence as a means to serve selfish ends and using it wilfully, knowing it to be wrong. But insanity of this type is a means whereby the Ego sometimes arrests the progress of a man towards the left-hand path. In this sense it is a disguised blessing.

Detachment and Leadership

On the path of discipleship it is not our enemies that hinder our progress but our so-called friends and close ones who are related to us on personality levels. This is why on the path of discipleship one must continuously exercise the virtue of detachment and learn to build distances between those who are in some way related to us.
Sometimes such a detachment reveals the true nature of our "friends" and gives us the possibility to help them and ourselves on the path of discipleship. Too much closeness does not give us the opportunity to see each other as we are, or we can be flattered and bribed by our friendship and not tae needed actions to bring each other to our senses.
As one advances on the path of discipleship, he gradually decreases personality relationships and increases soul relationships, which are nothing else but service for the Plan of the Hierarchy and the Teaching. Discipleship takes us to the path on which we no longer seek personal relationships but only relationships in service.

Striving

Striving is the boat of the Arhat. Striving is the manifested unicorn. Striving is the key to all caves. Striving is the wing of the eagle. Striving is the ray of the sun. Striving is the armor of the heart. Striving is the lotus blossom. Striving is the book of the future. Striving is the world manifest. Striving is the multitude of stars.

Thinking about the Supermundane

Urusvati knows that heroism is an expression of self-sacrifice and fiery enthusiasm. When performing a heroic deed, one’s vibrations are raised, awareness of physical sensations disappears, and the entire being is filled with a fiery insight.
Only the unknowing would ask—why speak about heroism when discussing the Supermundane? They do not understand that striving toward the Supermundane is itself an act of heroism. They do not know that each thought about the Supermundane raises the vibrations and fills the consciousness with fiery striving.
If the thought is weak, its effect will be negligible, but a clear-cut, strong thought has powerful effects. It must be said repeatedly that thought about the Supermundane produces healing vibrations. Also one should remind often about the importance of exalted thinking. Soon physicians will recommend, in cases of psychic imbalance, thought about the Supermundane. The first attempts will be primitive, and the people will not fully recognize the importance of such communion, but even the smallest drop of this panacea will produce beneficial results. Indeed, thinking about the Supermundane is in itself a panacea.
It is not an exaggeration to say that people carry within themselves a talisman, but this would first require that they experience the exaltation connected with thought about the Supermundane. A man walking without his staff may stumble, but a strong staff can be given from Above. It must be accepted for the brave ascent to continue.
The Thinker asked His disciples to love the climbing of mountains. It helps turn one’s gaze upward.

Importance of Full Moon Meetings

It is very important not to miss full moon meetings The Tibetan Master says in speaking about full moons and their energies that the energies of constellations are attracted more by groups than by individuals. Individuals cannot bear the charge coming from these great powerhouses. He also says that the full moons are days of service that those who have the vision of discipleship and those who have the spirit of striving toward perfection and improvement must have the spirit to serve. What is the service that He emphasizes? Service is to bring in Light and spread it. Service is to bring in Love and spread it. Service is to bring in zodiacal energies and spread them. Those individuals and groups who observe full moon meditations are doing just that. They speak and think about the full moon and zodiacal energies, and through their thoughtforms and thought energies, they bring a tremendous amount of energy to this earth.
